Delivery Options:

• Economy (ECO) – 3-5 working days,
• Express Road (EXR) – 2-4 working days and
• InCity Express (ONC) – 1-2 working days

* Please allow an additional 1-4 days for regional / outlying deliveries

Delivery Charges:

• Delivery fees are calculated upon checkout, based on the weight, dimensions and distance from distribution point.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed during working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.
• Orders placed afterhours or over weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking & Support:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order through the following methods:
  • Through the “Track your Order” link
  • Through your “My Account” dashboard
  • Through your delivery email confirmation
  • Through SMS confirmation directly from the courier
