With three levels of integrated signal technology — GPS positioning, a powerful 406 MHz signal, and 121.5 MHz homing capability — the ResQLink 400 quickly and accurately relays your position to a worldwide network of search and rescue satellites. A built-in strobe and infrared strobe facilitate nighttime and low-visibility rescues.
The ACR ResQLink 400 is a compact, high-performance 406MHz GPS Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) engineered to provide global emergency positioning for mariners, offshore workers, and adventurers operating in remote environments worldwide. Combining GPS and Galileo GNSS dual-constellation positioning with a 406MHz distress signal transmitted directly to the COSPAS-SARSAT MEOSAR satellite network, the ResQLink 400 guides rescue teams to within 100 metres or less of your exact position — dramatically reducing search and rescue response times in life-threatening emergencies at sea or on land.
Activation is immediate and straightforward — deploy the antenna, press the ON button, and the beacon begins transmitting your GPS coordinates to search and rescue satellites automatically. No subscription, no registration fees, and no complex operation under emergency conditions. The multi-function clip system provides versatile wear options, allowing the beacon to be integrated seamlessly with lifejackets, harnesses, or survival gear.
Built-in buoyancy ensures the beacon remains functional if deployed in water, while the integrated visible strobe and infrared strobe provide dual-mode visual location assistance for rescue teams operating in darkness or reduced visibility conditions.
